RSM EquiCo Advises North Texas AAA Pallet Co., Inc. and Oklahoma AAA Pallet Co., Inc on Their Acquisition by CrimStone Partners


COSTA MESA, Calif., July 27, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- CrimStone Partners has acquired North Texas AAA Pallet Co., Inc. and Oklahoma AAA Pallet Co., Inc. ("AAA Pallet"). Transaction terms were not disclosed.

RSM EquiCo Capital Markets, the broker-dealer subsidiary of RSM EquiCo Inc., initiated the transaction, led the negotiations and acted as the exclusive financial advisor to AAA Pallet.

"The acquisition of AAA Pallet will aid CrimStone in its strategic pursuit of regional consolidation in the recycled pallet industry," said Paul Weisbrich, senior managing director for RSM EquiCo Capital Markets. "The founders of AAA Pallet will stay on, assisting with accounts and operations, and maintain a minority interest in the company."
