KYOTO, Japan, Aug. 2, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nidec (NYSE:NJ) (Toyko:6594) issued corrections today to its press release titled "Nidec Announces a Two-for-One Stock Split" dated July 28, 2005.
The adjusted exercise price for the 2nd Unsecured Convertible Bond and the Yen Denominated Convertible Bonds are 3,399.50 and 6,914.40, respectively. Also, the issue date for the Yen Denominated Convertible Bonds has been changed to correctly state October 17, 2003 (rather than 2005).
