STOCKHOLM, Sweden, Aug. 4, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Authorized Public Accountant Anders Lundin (born 1956), from Ohrlings Pricewaterhouse Coopers AB, the auditing firm elected by Industrivarden's Annual General Meeting, has been appointed as the new chief auditor of Industrivarden. Lundin is also auditor of the listed companies ASSA ABLOY AB, Axis AB, Bong Ljungdahl AB, and SAKI AB.
Ingvar Pramhall (born 1942), who served as chief auditor of Industrivarden since 1999, has left his assignment in connection with retirement.
