LAS VEGAS, Aug. 16, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Seamless Peer 2 Peer announced today that the Company has completed its Beta Testing of V1.2 and will begin deployment of the Phenom Software product to its clients. The Company will be installing its V1.2 on a client's server this week for delivery by the end of the month. Seamless is a provider of a software program that encrypts all data transfers including Wi-Fi transmissions based upon RSA's government certified 256 bit AES encryption coupled with RSA's Public Key Infrastructure flexible telecom data and voice transport solutions.
Mr. Rippy, President of Seamless Peer 2 Peer, stated, "Now that the Company has completed its beta testing the Company will begin installation of V1.2 with the companies that have already signed beta test agreements. The beta test will last 30 days per agreement and when V1.2 is accepted, we will begin billing our new clients. We will begin upgrading the website next week. One of our major tasks is to have the shopping cart feature completed thus enabling for online web payments to be made. This is a very exciting time for me.
