Care Choices PPO provides administrative services including enrollment, claims payment, customer service and reporting. It also includes comprehensive medical management. The new product offers total flexibility in benefit design, a comprehensive Michigan provider network, and low-cost access to an estimated 95 percent of national providers who participate in any PPO plan.
