Rx Processing Corp. Will Contribute to the American Red Cross to Help Victims of Hurricane Katrina


TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 31, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Rx Processing Corporation (Pink Sheets:RXPC), a leading source of low-cost prescription medications for millions of Americans who have no prescription insurance coverage, announces today that Rx Processing Corp. will contribute to the American Red Cross to help victims of Hurricane Katrina. The Company believes that the devastation caused by hurricane Katrina affects all Americans and that it is the responsibility of all American citizens and corporations to help in any way possible.

The American Red Cross is actively setting up shelters, distributing food, and supplies to the victims of the storm and Rx Processing plans to contribute to aid the families that have endured this tragedy. The Company has lost contact with Direct Labs Services, based in southern Louisiana and is hoping for the safety and well-being of all employees and their families as well as other victims of this terrible storm.
