RESTON, Va., Sept. 1, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Triton Technologies (Pink Sheets:TNTG) today announced that the Company will begin installing its revolutionary Energy Commander (EC) hydropower systems in select demonstration sites in the 4th Quarter of 2005. The Company's licensed technology utilizes volume and pressure from water, air or gas such as city water mains; industrial pipelines and other available yet wasted flow sources, to create electricity.

Each EC unit is capable of generating electricity from any source of pressurized water, fluid or gas, effectively enabling the smallest facilities to generate "green" power and facilitate recurring revenues from tax credits, "green certificates", and the sale of generated electricity. The technology can be utilized in a comprehensive range of industrial, commercial or residential applications with potential uses including residential off-grid communities, manufacturer, textile mills, chemical plants, offshore oil rigs, and onshore natural gas and oil pipelines.
Initial 4th Quarter installations of the EC units are planned for Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, New York, and Virginia.
Triton has also the begun development and rollout of its North American EC distributor network. Triton distributors will share in the revenue generated from each unit and are responsible for the sales, installation and service of each EC unit within their territory.
