RMD Entertainment Announces Expansion of Digital Distribution Network


BAY CITY, Mich. and TORONTO, Sept. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- RMD Entertainment Inc. (Pink Sheets:SCXC), a wholly owned subsidiary of Sciax Corp., announced today that it has reached an agreement with two carriers to distribute RMD's complete digital music catalogue. This agreement will be undertaken through its existing contract with Groove Mobile. Groove Mobile is Europe's leading mobile music provider, delivering one of the most compelling downloadable mobile music experiences available. These carriers include:

T-Mobile Hungary Telecommunication Company Limited (in Hungary): T-Mobile Magyarorszag Tavkozlesi Rt. (formerly Westel) is the youngest mobile communications company acting under the T-Mobile brand. With more than four million customers at the end of the second quarter 2005, the Hungarian market leader will continue to offer its customers valuable services and exciting novelties.

Polska Telefonia Cyfrowa (PTC): T-Mobile's affiliate in Poland, is the first and largest mobile telecommunications provider in that country and Central Europe as a whole. By the end of the second quarter 2004, more than 7.5 million customers were using the company's Era GSM network, making PTC the Polish market leader with a share of more than 36 percent.
