KLIPPAN, Sweden, Sept. 12, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Nordea Bank and Weland AB are guaranteeing the new share issue for KLIPPAN AB, each with 50 percent, up to MSEK 161.2. The guarantee is conditional upon the settlement proposals made by the Board of 37 percent being approved by the District Courts in Helsingborg and Malmo. The share issue with issue conditions will be decided upon once a settlement has been approved.
In conjunction with the guarantee, the current main owners Jan Bernander and Stefan Lersten have transferred 1 million shares to Weland AB. Weland thereupon holds some 17 percent of the shares, and the current main owners some 24 percent.
Nordea Bank has made credit available to KLIPPAN, which the company regards as sufficient while waiting for the share issue to be carried out.
