Bauer has been named Vice President and General Counsel of the Company. Mr. Bauer, a graduate of Williams College and Harvard Law School, has been General Counsel and an executive officer of two publicly traded companies, Copley Pharmaceutical, Inc. and Analogic Corporation. Recently Mr. Bauer has been in private practice providing general counsel services to emerging companies.
