The Company's sites are on track to meet the self imposed sales target of approximately US$200,000 for the year 2005, up from sales of US$35,000 in 2004. Sales for the month of October indicated a growing solid trend in sales of all of its products in the USA and Canada.
Alain Ghiai, Chairman of the Company added: "I am very pleased to report that our sales at Total Home Solution, Inc., our 25% owned subsidiary at Maisonette International Enterprises, Ltd. are on track and the online sites are profitable on a monthly cash flow basis. This paves the way for a solid 2006 and beyond. Our quarterly sales have increased consecutively, even in the advent of hurricanes Katrina and Wilma. The price of gasoline has not deterred our shoppers from taking advantage of the close to the 1,000 different items on sale on our online home decor retail sites, and in fact a growing number of shoppers are now opting for online shopping to save on time and gasoline expenses. We are looking forward to a prosperous year in 2006 on all fronts, with sales approaching US$300,000. In addition, sales in our 25% owned Maisonette Online plc. are projected to be in the range of US$200,000 for the year 2006, with profitability reached in the first 12 months of operations in the United Kingdom."
The Company's online division is currently looking at opening a higher end home decor website in the USA and Canada and is gearing for yet another online site specializing in affordable stylish European designed reading glasses sometime in 2006. The Company is also seeing its earnings grow in 2006 from the sale of its eCommerce platform license to several potential clients, as well as from the sale of gift Cards for various holidays, such as Valentine's Day and the 2006 holiday season.
