AdZone Research CEO Issues Latest Operational Report to Shareholders

CALVERTON, N.Y., Nov. 28, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- AdZone Research, Inc. (OTCBB:ADZR) reported today that its Chairman & CEO, Charles A. Cardona, has issued the company's latest operational report to shareholders. The full text of his message follows:

"November 28, 2005

Dear Fellow Shareholders:

I am pleased to share with you some important new developments. Our Online Predator Profiling System (OPPS), developed with the help of a number of law enforcement departments, is showing early signs of being an important part of the current and future arsenal of police officers charged with identifying and tracking potential online predators, as well as finding missing children.

Toward that end, we have instituted an aggressive marketing campaign, along with a community sponsorship program. This program provides an opportunity for individuals and businesses to sponsor OPPS on behalf of their local law enforcement jurisdictions.

It also provides revenues and product visibility to AdZone, favorable recognition for the sponsor, and heightened capabilities for local police departments at no cost to them. It is truly a winning combination all around.

I also want to report to you that the company is working extensively with off duty police officers who are helping AdZone in its product development and marketing efforts. We have received a great response so far, and anticipate significant sales growth during the coming months.

In fact, we are anticipating cash flow positive operations within the next six months, just from OPPS alone. This does not take into account anticipated defense-related contracts, or other potential incremental revenues from strategic alliances or acquisitions we are simultaneously pursuing.

Overall, the potential for the OPPS product is huge, given its uniqueness and reasonable license fee. Moreover, we have already begun development on additional modules, adding additional potential revenue and benefits to law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve.

AdZone is confident that, through its marketing efforts, it can capture a significant portion of what it believes to be a potential $300 million per year marketplace.

We also feel privileged in having received several dozen calls from investors since making the announcement about the launching of OPPS. They want to be part of the process, not only in contributing to ensure use of the system in their community, but also in being a source of introduction to numerous police departments with whom they have contact.

It is very gratifying to know that our OPPS product will be used to benefit communities across the United States to protect our children.

We are extremely pleased with the potential for the company and its shareholders, and look forward to reporting on important developments both underway and taking shape in the months immediately ahead.

Meanwhile, on behalf of everyone at AdZone, our very best wishes to all of you for a safe, healthy and happy holiday season and prosperous year ahead.

 Sincerely,
 Charles A. Cardona
 Chairman & CEO"
