Resolve Staffing has completed three additional acquisitions. Resolve has acquired Drivers Plus, a truck driver staffing firm located in St. Louis, Missouri; StaffPro, a temporary staffing firm located in Lexington, Kentucky; and a Belcan Staffing franchise located in Dayton, Ohio.
Drivers Plus is Resolve's first staffing location in Missouri and will further strengthen the Company's presence in the truck driver staffing niche. With $2 million in annual sales and over 3 years in operation, StaffPro will diversify and add to Resolve's existing presence in Kentucky. Located in Dayton, Ohio, Belcan Staffing was the last existing Belcan Franchise. The location will be converted to a Resolve office and brings over $2 million in annual revenue.
