SAN MATEO, Calif., Jan. 6, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Rodedawg International Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RWGI) announces today the company has entered into a non-exclusive distribution agreement in Nicaragua to distribute its amphibious vehicles.
Under the terms of the agreement, Rodedawg has granted Nicattler exclusive distributorship for the Nicaragua Market, subject to the requirement of placing orders for a minimum of 100 vehicles in 2006. This agreement stipulates that Nicattler is required to establish, in favor of Rodedawg, a 30% deposit and irrevocable letter of credit for the balance of each purchase order.
If only the minimum of units are sold in 2006 per the distribution agreement, this could add over 4.5 million dollars to our overall sales in 2006. Rodedawg International is targeting all Latin America countries, including the Caribbean, to distribute the Rodedawg.

"We plan to make the Rodedawg available at special locations in major shopping malls in Nicaragua and target the emergency rescue and disaster relief agencies in the country to sell the Rodedawg."
