The "Record Date" for this 25% Stock Dividend is January 31, 2006 and the "Pay Date" shall be February 7, 2006.
The Company experienced delays in increasing its Authorized Share Capital to accommodate the issue of this Stock Dividend and has therefore extended the "Record Date" of this 25% Stock Dividend. The Company is required to inform the NASD at least ten days prior to the "Pay Date." Shareholders who continue to purchase this Company's stock will be eligible for this 25% Stock Dividend until the new "Record Date."
