TULSA, Okla., Feb. 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Efficiency Technologies, Inc., (EffTec), a wholly owned subsidiary of American Resource Management, Inc. (Pink Sheets:ARMM), announces a change in the name of EffHVAC(tm) product, an expansion of the product offerings and restructuring of its pricing model.
To improve product name recognition and retention, the products formerly know under the name EffHVAC have been renamed to EffTrack(tm).
"Simplification of the name helps prospects and customers recognize and remember our product offerings," stated Thomas Kurtz, Vice-President of Marketing.
To help customers realize the full savings potential of the EffTrack efficiency and diagnostic tools, a monitoring and support package has been added. EffTec will monitor the performance of customers' equipment, and notify their contracts if and when problems arise. The support package also includes email and telephone support, and a monthly performance status report delivered to the customer's designated contacts.
"We found that the right information doesn't always get to the right people in a timely manner. Customers are struggling with increased workloads, expanding responsibilities, and a shortage of qualified, experienced manpower, and it's difficult for them to regularly make time to review and monitor the performance of their chiller plant," stated Don Clark, President of EffTec.
