CORTE MADERA, Calif., April 5, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Smart-tek Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:STTK) and its subsidiary, Smart-tek Communications, Inc. announced today it has appointed Charles Thomas Consultants Limited as its exclusive licensee for Hong Kong and Singapore.
