"I recently signed up for your reports and I find your approach very interesting. I was curious as to how you feel about Yahoo! stocks. The quarterly earnings report is due to come out on April 18th and I am expecting the stocks to go back up, but what do your stochatics say?"
My take is that, Yahoo (Nasdaq:YHOO) shows daily stochastics on the OVERBOUGHT side. However, weekly charts show OVERSOLD. The last three times the stock was oversold on stochastics like it is now, there was a nice rally. My opinion is that if you buy YHOO be prepared for downside before an eventual upturn. I'd personally like to wait a bit before I bought YHOO.
