HOUSTON, May 9, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Alternative energy company Power Technology, Inc. (OTCBB:PWTC) announced today that new pilot plant equipment has been delivered to the company, including a Horizontal Airflow Utility Oven with Stat-350 Microprocessor Based Controller which will be used to manufacture reticulated vitreous carbon, and a custom designed plating system which will apply a lead tin alloy to reticulated vitreous carbon plates for current collectors. Once completed, the new plant is designed to be fully scalable to permit the mass production of the Power Technology Reticulated Vitreous Carbon current collectors.
