Mr. Rossmann was an integral part of the executive team that rebuilt Chrysler's ailing manufacturing structure in the early 1980s. In the 1990s, Richard Rossmann was hand picked by Richard E. Dauch, Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American Axle & Manufacturing to lead the manufacturing revitalization as Vice President of Manufacturing for the multi-billion dollar former General Motors driveline division.
For the last decade, Mr. Rossmann has owned Symtec, Inc., a manufacturing systems technology company providing consulting expertise for major manufacturing, acquisition and joint venture projects for Fortune 100 companies. He currently is an owner/operator of precision machining manufacturing companies in Michigan and Indiana.
