Joe Fonseca will be the branch manager for the new office. He has over 4 years' experience in the mortgage banking industry and was formerly a Sales Manager with Market Yard Mortgage. He has lived in the Watchung area for 8 months. He is married and has 3 children. Joe has been awarded the 2004 Columbo Award and 2005 MVP Award.
