In accordance with the relevant stock exchange regulations (Börsengesetz Art. 21) Private Equity Holding AG announces that as of July 7, 2006, the group represented by Daniel Sauter together holds less than 5% of the registered shares and voting rights of Private Equity Holding AG.
The group of shareholders comprises Trinsic AG (Artherstrasse 21, 6300 Zug), Daniel Sauter (6300 Zug), Daniel Model (8268 Salenstein), Michel Vukotic (8706 Meilen) and the Personalfürsorgestiftung der Model AG (Industriestrasse 33, 8570 Weinfelden).
