SELLERSVILLE, Pa., Aug. 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- Delta Mutual, Inc. (OTCBB:DLTM), specializing in energy recovery and construction services through environmentally friendly technologies and products, announced that its subsidiary, Delta Technologies, has completed the production tooling for its patent pending insulating concrete form (ICF) block, Delta-Wall. The tooling will be installed into equipment located in Tampa, Florida. The new design for Delta-Wall was introduced to the industry in January 2006 at the International Builders Show.
Peter Russo, President and CEO, commented, "We expect to have product from the production tooling available by the end of August. The innovative aspects of our design are integral inserts within the block that serve as a rebar holder and integrated screw strips in addition to providing cross sectional strength; oversize directional interlock tabs that provide fail safe assembly and improved locking; and dovetail grooves that allow for better adhesion of finishes." He went on to say, "Delta-Wall represents a cost-effective, advanced technology construction system that addresses the need to conserve energy by reducing both heating and cooling costs while providing improved structural integrity allowing the finished structure to withstand severe weather conditions."
