Peter Arndrup Poulsen will take over after Asger Domino who, as previously announced, has decided to relinquish his position as CEO in order to allow room for fresh thinking in the Group Management. Asger Domino is resigning effective from 30 September 2006.
Peter Arndrup Poulsen (44) has held several executive positions within the forestry, wood and building materials industries during the past 18 years. For a relatively long period he was Managing Director of A/S L. Hammerich & Co, a supplier of building materials, and his most recent position was that of Managing Director of the furniture company ScanCom International A/S.
Peter Arndrup Poulsen has considerable experience in the building-up of organisations as well as in international trade, industrial production and product development.
We are pleased to have found an extremely well-qualified person for the job and look forward to the future cooperation with him.
