STABLCOR Signs First International License Agreement

COSTA MESA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 30, 2006 -- STABLCOR Inc., a provider of laminate-based thermal management technology for printed circuit boards and substrates, announced today that it has entered into a license agreement with Eltek Ltd. (NASDAQ: ELTK), the leading printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer in Israel, with fiscal 2005 revenue of approximately $32 million.

Under the terms of the agreement, STABLCOR has granted Eltek the license to incorporate its patented technology into PCBs and substrates manufactured at its facilities in Israel and Germany. Eltek markets its high-end, flex-rigid PCBs to a wide variety of industries worldwide with a strategic focus on military, aerospace and high-level commercial applications where a lightweight board with inherent strength, rigidity, thermal conductivity, and solder joint reliability are a necessity.
