("HBA") announced today that Brian Stolar has joined the firm as Counsel.
Mr. Stolar specializes in the areas of land use, zoning and litigation,
representing property owners, developers, small businesses and major
corporations in obtaining municipal approvals in both simple and complex
land development projects on Long Island. Mr. Stolar also represents
municipalities and serves as Counsel to numerous planning and zoning

Mr. Stolar joins the firm from Meyer, Suozzi, English & Klein, P.C. He has
served as Village Prosecutor for several municipalities, including the
Villages of Kings Point, Great Neck, and Port Washington North. "There is

Recently, Mr. Stolar was designated to serve as the Vice Chair of the
Nassau County Bar Associations' Environmental Law Committee and is also a
member of the Association's Municipal Law Committee. He has lectured on
many land use and municipal topics and is a faculty member for the National
Business Institute. He has also testified as an expert witness in the land
use field.
Mr. Stolar is a member of the New York State Bar Association; the Suffolk
County Bar Association; the American Bar Association; the Huntington
Township Chamber of Commerce; the Advancement for Commerce, Industry &
Technology, Inc.; and CoreNet Global. Mr. Stolar is admitted to practice
law in New York and New Jersey as well as before the United States District
