Prior to joining FLG, he was vice president of finance and CFO of Sylantro Systems Inc., a Campbell, Calif.-based telecommunications software provider. Earlier, Mr. Gennaro held the same executive roles and titles for three leading early stage companies -- Inverse Network Technology Inc., Piiceon Inc. and Verticom Inc. -- and was vice president of finance for Novell Inc. He began his career with CPA firm Arthur Young & Co. Mr. Gennaro holds an M.B.A. from Rutgers Graduate School of Business and a Master of Science degree in mathematics from Rutgers University.
