Johnny's Lunch Prepares for National Expansion, Appoints Executive Team to Lead Organization

JAMESTOWN, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 14, 2006 -- Johnny's Lunch, LLC, founded here in 1936, is launching a national growth and development program to expand the Johnny's Hots/hamburger concept throughout the country and has appointed its executive team which will provide the leadership for the growth program.

The Johnny's Lunch LLC Executive Team will include: 

--  Anthony J. Calamunci, president. Calamunci, grandson of Johnny's
    founder, Johnny Colera, is a corporate attorney and managing partner of the
    Toledo, OH law firm Roetzel & Andress. Calamunci provides legal counsel for
    variety of clients including one of the largest automotive franchise
    companies in the Midwest.
    
--  John Calamunci, vice president and chief operating officer. Also a
    grandson of the founder, he was personally trained in the operation of
    Johnny's by his grandfather and he has 25 years experience in restaurant
    and food service. He is active in civic affairs in Jamestown and is
    currently the City Council President for Jamestown.
    
--  George Goulson, chief business development officer. Goulson is a 25-
    year veteran of franchise development for a number of major brands. He was
    executive vice president of franchise development officer for Yorkshire
    Global Restaurants and their brands A&W Restaurants and Long John Silver's
    Restaurants which were eventually acquired by YUM Restaurants. He also
    served as vice president of non-traditional growth for Little Caesar
    Enterprises.
