(AMEX:MHA) today announced it will host a live webcast of its annual shareholder meeting scheduled for Friday, December 15, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. EST. In addition to voting on the items in the Proxy Statement the meeting will also include a presentation by Douglas Abel, president and chief executive officer.

The meeting is being held at the American Stock Exchange, 86 Trinity Place in New York City.
