Re: changes in the supervisory board of the issuer

AS IPS „Hansa Fondi” (hereinafter- Hansa Fondi) as the issuer of the fund units 
of investment fund „Naudas tirgus fonds” hereby informs the Riga Stock Exchange 
that the following changes are made in the Supervisory Board of AS Hansa Fondi 
which are registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission and on January 5, 
2007 registered with the commercial register of the Enterprise Register of the 
Republic of Latvia: 
1)the former chairperson of the supervisory board of Hansa Fondi Ingrīda Blūma is 
replaced by Toms Siliņš;
2)the former member of the supervisory board of Hansa Fondi Uģis Zemturis is replaced 
by Oksana Sivokobiļska.
Thus the current members of the Supervisory Board of AS Hansa Fondi are  Toms Siliņš 
(chairperson of the Supervisory Board), Elmārs Prikšāns (deputy chairperson of the 
Supervisory Board) and  Oksana Sivokobiļska (member of the Supervisory Board).
