AS Eesti Telekom Announcement 11.01.2007 Changes in the Supervisory Boards An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of AS EMT that took place on January 11, 2007 recalled Erik Hallberg from the Supervisory Board of the company and elected Terje Christoffersen and Lars Gunnar Klasson as members of the Board. An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of Elion Enterprises AS that also took place on January 11, 2007 recalled Erik Hallberg from the Supervisory Board of the company and elected Jörgen Gustaf Valdemar Latte and Leif Anders Gylder as members of the Board. Mr. Hallberg was recalled from the Supervisory Boards of AS EMT and Elion Enterprises AS as there have been internal structural changes in TeliaSonera AB, the parent company of AS Eesti Telekom, and changes in official duties of Mr. Hallberg may complicate the fulfillment of his duties as a member of the Supervisory Boards in Estonia. Mr. Christoffersen is Executive Vice President of TeliaSonera AB, Business Area Mobility. From 2003 until 2006 he was TeliaSonera Group Vice President and responsible for Corporate Marketing, Products and Services. Mr. Kalsson is currently SVP & Head of Product and Production at TeliaSonera AB, Business Area Mobility. From May 2005 until the end of 2006 Mr. Klasson was employed as IT Director at TeliaSonera Sweden. Before that he hold the position of the Head of Business Solutions at TeliaSonera Sweden. Mr. Klasson has been member of the Supervisory Board of AS EMT in 2000-2004 and member of the Supervisory Board of Elion Enterprises AS in 2003-2004. Mr. Latte has been CFO of TeliaSonera Sweden AB since 2003. Mr. Latte is also a member of the Supervisory Boards of Telia Pensionfund and LMT. In 2004-2006 Mr. Latte was also a member of the Supervisory Board of Sergel Kredittjänster AB. Mr. Gylder has been Executive President of TeliaSonera Sweden AB since January 2005. From January 2003 until December 2005 Mr. Gylder was Senior Vice President of TeliaSonera Sweden AB. Non of the new Supervisory Board members owns any shares of AS Eesti Telekom.
