COLUMBIA, Md., Feb. 6, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Beere Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BRFG), an equity holdings company, announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, BSCO, Inc., has signed a construction contract in New York City which will provide $3.6 million in revenue in 2007. This latest contract now gives BSCO a total of $8.5 million in construction revenues, all of which will be received in 2007.
The acquisition of BSCO allows Beere to grow at much faster pace. BSCO has already signed a letter of intent for $13 million in construction, as part of the initial phase of the 2nd Ave subway in New York City. The contract will be signed upon BSCO's receipt of operational funding for this project. BSCO is actively negotiating for other contracts that would increase its construction revenues to more than $50 million.
