HOUSTON, Feb. 6, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- LipidLabs, Inc., (Pink Sheets:LPLB), a Houston-based technology accelerator, announced today that Thomas Cloud accepted the positions of CEO and Chairman as part of a previously announced restructuring plan. Launching from its latest success, Lipid will strengthen its holdings through the commercialization of technologies developed by the academic research facilities and private industry.
