(Pink Sheets:WLVT) today announced that it plans to report earnings for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006 on Wednesday, March 14, 2007. The release of the fourth quarter and year to date 2006 financial results have been delayed due to the Company's balance sheet restructuring process and significant change in it's Board of Directors.
