Stockholm - A video switching center in the US has selected Net Insight's Nimbra platform for the transport of video between New York and Los Angeles.
 
 
The company is the leading video switching center in the New York metropolitan area and also provides advanced video switching services from its facilities in Los Angeles, Miami and Washington DC. Their customers in the broadcast industry such as television networks, common carriers, local broadcast stations, producers and distributors of television programming utilize the company's services for customer controlled media signal routing and inter city on demand transmissions.
 
Net Insight's Nimbra platform will initially be used to connect the company's New York and Los Angeles facilities, delivering efficient and scaleable optical transport with 100 percent quality of service and the highest utilization of network capacity.
