(pronounced "prime edge") (Pink Sheets:PEDG) announced today that its subsidiary, DigiKidz, Inc., a developer and distributor of personalized DVDs for children, is broadening its product line to include family-entertainment DVDs, produced and licensed by independent producers. The new product line will be distributed via mass market retail distribution agreements. Consistent with the expansion in product line (titles to be announced April 1st), DigiKidz will move its corporate headquarters to Burbank, California, to be near its sister-company, Orangebox Entertainment, Inc., a provider of production and post production services to the entertainment industry, and to be near the independent producer community with which it is working.
