Bizmatica Sistemi Selects AtlasTG for Partnership


GZIRA, Republic of Malta, March 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Tribeworks, Inc. (OTCBB:TWKS) announced that Italian IT consulting company Bizmatica Sistemi s.r.l., has signed an Onboarding Partner agreement with Atlas Technology Group, Tribeworks, Inc.'s primary operating subsidiary.

Under the terms of the agreement Bizmatica -- headquartered in Milan, Italy -- becomes a certified Onboarding Partner for AtlasTG's software support services in Italy providing software "Audit" services, including the analysis, hardening, testing and documenting complex custom software applications. In addition Bizmatica will offer AtlasTG's innovative software monitoring tools and network management systems for their client base throughout Italy.
