VINX Index Information: Adjustment of VINX Benchmark index due to the split in Orkla ASA (18/07)

Due to the Split 5:1, in Orkla ASA (NO0003733800), VINX Benchmark Index will be adjusted in accordance to the “Rules for the Construction and Maintenance of the VINX All-Share, Sector, Benchmark and Tradable Indices”, rule 5.5.
 
On the ex-day April 20, 2007 the number of shares in Orkla ASA (ORK) in VINX Benchmark index will be increased to 823 484 380 shares. This requires consent from the General Meeting on April 19, 2007.
