San Gold Corp. (TSX-V:SGR) acquired their Rice Lake gold mine in Manitoba when gold's price was low and South Africa's Harmony Gold was changing its production focus. Now they are producing gold, free of debt, have great mining and milling infrastructure and experienced management, have developed considerable reserves in-hand, and hold a great exploration portfolio to grow their resources. In the last year, their drilling has doubled their known resource ounces to better than 1.4 million, and recently-discovered high grade ore in their Rice Lake mine is not included in that estimate.
