Interim results for the first three months of 2007

The interim result for the first three months of 2007 is unaudited net profit in
the amount of LTL  42.7 thous. (EUR 12.3 thous.)  (according to the
International 
Accounting Standards). Compared to the interim result for the first three months
of 2006, the net profits for the accounting period reduced by 86 percent.
