COSTA MESA, Calif., May 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- RSM EquiCo Capital Markets LLC, a global investment bank, has appointed Chris Dedic vice president.
Dedic, who is based in the firm's Costa Mesa headquarters, will provide merger and acquisition and capital raising advisory services to the firm's investment banking clients. His primary responsibility will be to help expand RSM EquiCo Capital Market's presence in the global financial services sector by providing merger and acquisition advisory services for both sell-side and buy-side clients.

Prior to joining RSM EquiCo Capital Markets, Dedic served as a vice president and client manager in Bank of America's global corporate and investment banking group, where he managed a general-industries portfolio of corporate and commercial banking relationships in the Southern California region. Before that he spent approximately four years covering the general industrial, media and telecom sectors as an analyst then associate at Banc of America Securities, the full-service investment banking and brokerage subsidiary of Bank of America Corporation. Dedic began his career as an analyst in the valuation advisory group of Ernst & Young.
He received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a finance emphasis from the University of Southern California.
