LOS ANGELES, June 7, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Universal Detection Technology (www.udetection.com) (OTCBB:UDTT), a developer of early-warning monitoring technologies to protect people from bioterrorism and a provider of counter terrorism training and solutions today announced that it is expanding its product base by adding a wide range of surveillance products to its suite of security solutions to complement it's proprietary bioterrorism defense solutions. Such products include miniature cameras, IR LED cameras, waterproof cameras, and related homeland security devices.
The Company has signed a distribution agreement with Shenzhen Beyond Technology Company Limited (SBTC), a Chinese producer of the surveillance products, and has the right to market SBTC's products in the United States. SBTC is a high tech manufacturer of industrial and video surveillance products in China and UDTT anticipates its relationship with SBTC to be a mutually beneficial one.
