Telelogic Signs 790,000 USD Agreement with Leading Defence/Aerospace Company

MALMÖ, Sweden and IRVINE, California - July 2, 2007 - Telelogic (Nordic
Exchange/MidCap/TLOG), today announced that it has signed an agreement worth
790,000 USD with a leading supplier of information solutions for the defense,
space and homeland security industries. The deal includes software licenses,
services and first-year maintenance for Telelogic Rhapsody®.
