Information on share purchase transaction

JSC „Rigas Raugs” informs that Jästbolaget AB and Polttimo Yhtiöt Oy on July 11,
2007 entered the Share Purchase Agreement providing for the purchase by         
Jästbolaget AB of all  314,004 shares of JSC Rigas Raugs owned by Polttimo      
Yhtiöt Oy, corresponding to approximately 40,62% of the share capital of JSC    
Rigas Raugs. The closing of the share purchase transaction and transfer of title
to the shares is subject to certain conditions precedent including clearance of 
the share purchase transaction by the Latvian Competition Council.
