HealthSport Announces Enlyten Electrolyte Sports Strip Sales to Numerous NFL Teams

Distribution Partner Medco Delivers Enlyten SportStrips as NFL Training Camps Begin

AMHERST, N.Y., July 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTCBB:HSPO), a fully integrated developer, manufacturer and marketer of unique and proprietary branded and private label edible film strip nutritional supplements and over-the-counter drugs, announced today that numerous National Football League and Canadian Football League teams have placed orders for the company's Enlyten SportStrips(tm) (http://enlytenstrips.com) just as NFL training camps are about to begin.

The sales were completed through Enlyten's distributor, Medco Supply. HealthSport recently announced its distribution agreement with Medco, one of the world's largest suppliers of medical products to athletic trainers, sports medicine professionals, physical therapists and schools. Enlyten SportStrips are currently displayed on Medco's online homepage, www.medco-athletics.com, and will be listed in the August Medco Sports Medicine catalog.

Medco reported that the NFL's Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos and the CFL's BC Lions have purchased Enlyten SportStrips. Delivery of the product is expected to be completed in time for use during the teams' summer training camp.

Enlyten SportStrips replace the electrolytes lost during vigorous workouts through a proprietary delivery system. This mode of absorption is very different from all electrolyte delivery predecessors. When placed between the cheek and gum, gastric absorption is bypassed speeding higher levels of electrolytes directly into the bloodstream. Not only does it dramatically improve hydration on a cellular level, but it also helps athletes to avoid the problems caused by excessive fluid consumption which is often associated with sports drinks. Known scientifically to be an extremely fast and efficient way to deliver drug actives into the bloodstream, buccal absorption bypasses the inherent drawbacks of gastric absorption, an Achilles heel for many athletes who struggle with fatigue, cramping and hydration issues.

"We are very excited to be the sports medicine distributor of the Enlyten SportStrips," said Bill Graham, Vice President of Sales for Medco. "After promoting the product at the National Athletic Trainers Association Conference, we have received inquiries from all levels of athletics including Coaches and Certified Athletic Trainers at the high school, college and professional level, representing all sports. Enlyten's product line offers a unique electrolyte delivery method that appeals to all athletes, not just professionals, and we are truly excited to be able to offer this incredible product."

Buffalo Bills Head Athletic Trainer, Bud Carpenter, commented, "Enlyten SportStrips provide an additional option for electrolyte replacement to our athletes, especially during intense games in warm weather and two-a-day practice sessions at training camp when cramping can affect performance. There are many ways nutrients can enter the body. The biggest factor with the Enlyten strips is they can be absorbed faster into the body's system." Earlier this year it was announced that Enlyten would be the official SportStrip of the Buffalo Bills. The Bills will use Enlyten SportStrips during training camp and throughout the season.
