AmeraMex International Receives $3.4 Million Order for Large Capacity Forklifts

Order Expected to Ship by the End of the Year

CHICO, CA--(Marketwire - July 25, 2007) - AmeraMex International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment to stevedoring, construction, logging and mining companies, announced today that it has received a $3.4 million order for 11 large capacity forklifts (break bulk handling equipment) from one of the largest stevedoring companies in the United States. The entire order of forklifts is scheduled for delivery by the end of the year. AmeraMex does not disclose a customer's name without prior approval.

"According to a November 2006 article by Randall Parker entitled, Economics Globalization, since 1995 imports have risen from 12 percent of gross domestic product to about 17 percent of GDP," commented AmeraMex President and CEO Lee Hamre. "This growth has required stevedoring companies to purchase additional equipment to expedite the loading and offloading of ships. In addition to expanding their dock-side stevedoring equipment, companies within the United States have been charged by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with lowering the emissions associated with the equipment, such as container handlers and forklifts, within the dock areas and are replacing it with equipment that is Tier III EPA compliant. All new equipment shipped by AmeraMex after January 2007 meets the new emissions regulations," added Hamre."

Break bulk handling equipment is used for the transportation of non-containerized goods onto and off of ships. The most significant single factor contributing to the total cost of transport of goods and materials by sea lies in cargo-handling expense. Reducing the manual handling of break bulk cargo significantly reduces the total cost of transporting goods.
