Enlyten SportStrips Wins Best in Show At NATA Trade Show

Edible Thin Strip Earns Top Honors in the Nutritional Products Category

AMHERST, N.Y., July 26, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HealthSport, Inc. (OTCBB:HSPO), a fully integrated developer, manufacturer and marketer of unique and proprietary branded and private label edible film strip nutritional supplements and over-the-counter drugs, announced today that its Enlyten SportStrips product has been given a "Best of Show Award" in the Nutritional Products category at the 2007 National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA) Trade Show, held in conjunction with the 58th Annual Meeting and Clinical Symposium. The trade show and meeting were held last month in Anaheim, CA and welcomed almost 9,000 athletic trainers. It is the largest exhibition of athletic-training products and services in the world.

"We are proud to have our product recognized by the attendees of the NATA. We are honored that Enlyten SportStrips were selected for the 'Best in Show Award' in the Nutritional Products category. Winning the Best in Show Award demonstrates the athletic trainers' recognition and appreciation of Enlyten SportStrips' unique and effective delivery method," said Dan Kelly, President of HealthSport. "Since returning from the NATA Trade Show, we have experienced a tremendous increase in demand and inquiries about our SportStrips. The positive feedback from athletic trainers who were introduced to our SportStrips has been incredible."

HealthSport has already received orders for its Enlyten SportStrips from numerous NFL and CFL teams including the Buffalo Bills, Pittsburgh Steelers, Detroit Lions, Philadelphia Eagles, Miami Dolphins, New York Jets, New Orleans Saints, Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos and the CFL's BC Lions have purchased Enlyten SportStrips. Delivery of the product is expected to be completed in time for use during the teams' summer training camps.

Enlyten SportStrips replace the electrolytes lost during vigorous athletic activity through a proprietary thin strip delivery system, known scientifically to be an extremely fast and efficient way to deliver drug actives into the bloodstream. When the flavored strip is placed between the cheek and gum, gastric absorption is bypassed, speeding higher levels of electrolytes directly into the bloodstream. This mode of absorption is very different from all electrolyte delivery predecessors. Not only does it dramatically reduce delivery time and improve hydration on a cellular level, but it also helps athletes avoid the adverse conditions often caused by excessive fluid consumption.
