Notification regarding total capital and voting rights within Vestjysk Bank A/S 

According to Article 6 of Executive Order 226 of 15 March 2007 regarding        
issuers' notification duty, we hereby notify that the total share capital of    
Vestjysk Bank A/S amounts to DKK 86,000,000. The share capital is distributed   
among 8,600,000 shares of DKK 10.00.
