WHAT: The CDMA Development Group (CDG) (www.cdg.org), in conjunction with member companies Airvana, Alcatel-Lucent, Huawei, Motorola, Nortel, QUALCOMM and ZTE, will host a three-day 3G CDMA North America Regional Conference in San Diego, California on October 8-10, 2007. The conference will provide a venue for sharing current progress and successes with CDMA2000(r) 1xEV-DO Rel. 0 and Rev. A, and for exploring future opportunities with mobile broadband solutions. During the conference, leading operators will discuss how they are expanding their portfolio of revenue-generating services to strengthen their return on investment and what their key priorities are for the next generation of broadband technologies. WHO: The CDMA Development Group is a trade association formed to foster the worldwide development, implementation and use of CDMA technologies. The more than 130 member companies of the CDG include many of the world's largest wireless carriers and equipment manufacturers.
