Fella's appointment will provide him the opportunity to focus on servicing and maintaining valued relationships with MJM's client partners in the New York Metropolitan Area.

Prior to joining MJM, Fella has held several positions at the National Insurance Crime Bureau including the National Chief Inspector and Compliance Office of the Crime Bureau as well as Director of Operations for the Northeast. Fella has been trained in several areas of criminal and financial investigations throughout his career. He has successfully investigated complicated insurance fraud investigations which led to indictment and conviction in numerous lines of business. He is also a retired veteran police detective for the New York City Police Department.
